Volunteers are the bridge between Alchemist CDC’s mission to connect communities with land, food, and opportunity and the tangible results we strive to achieve. We have a growing base of 300+ volunteers who serve 800+ hours per month. This role works across all departments, supporting recruiting, onboarding, and management of volunteers. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, patient and diplomatic interpersonal skills, and a commitment to improving food access and economic development to underserved communities.
