The Sacramento Central YMCA offers a fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, group fitness classes and personal training options, an indoor heated swimming pool with lap swim and water exercise classes, and other great community-building programs. Facility membership includes access to the fitness center, group fitness classes, and pool facilities.
