For a common man/woman getting through a hot summer day in Chennai - a glass of fresh buttermilk can bring a little bit of welcome relief!

Today Ek Dost team served 175 litres of buttermilk to anyone who loved to have some.

My sincere thanks to all the friends in the Ek Dost team for putting so much hard work to hand-make the buttermilk and take the efforts in the heat to do this good deed.

In Chennai when people cannot afford to go to a private hospital or doctor, they often chose to go to the Government Hospital.

On Friday around lunchtime, our Ek Dost team delivered food to family and friends of patients waiting at/outside the hospital and tried to make their day a little better.
