**UPDATE** D’veda has been located. Thank you for all of your help!

AT-RISK MISSING CHILD

D’veda Haag, 13 years old, 5’6” tall, approximately 150 lbs, with short brown hair, and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt with blue jeans, possibly carrying a gray bag with extra clothing. D’veda was last seen at about 6:30 am on foot near the Jack In The Box near Watt Ave and La Riviera Dr.

D’veda is considered at risk due to severe autism. She is also non-verbal.

If seen or located, please call the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office at 916-874-5115.

🚨 URGENT: BAC Needs 2 Volunteer Coaches! ⚽️

We are still looking for 2 volunteer coaches for the upcoming season:

⚽️ U8 Boys Coach
⚽️ U14 Girls Coach

We have until JULY 23 to fill these positions. If we do not have coaches by then, we will have no choice but to begin issuing refunds because these teams will not be able to play.

BAC is a volunteer-run neighborhood soccer club, and we need your help to give these kids the opportunity to play this season. You don’t have to have coaching experience. We will help you get started.

I got into coaching BAC soccer 4 years ago due to a lack of coaches and I have coached ever since. It has been an incredible experience for me and it can be for you too.

Let’s go CG Gators! 🐊🤩

Cheer on our neighborhood swim team this weekend as they compete in the annual Suburban Swim League Champs weekend at Del Oro High School in Loomis! The team dressed in Super Mario themed outfits for the parade this morning.

Fun fact: College Greens founded the swim league!

What's going on behind the fence across from Oki Park? 👀

At first glance, it may seem like nothing- but so much progress has been made over the past few months. A fresh bike path has been put in, seeds have been planted and produce is thriving!

NorCal Resist’s Seeds of Solidary farm project in the Oki Park corridor aims to provide fresh, free food while also facilitating opportunities for people to build relationships, learn, and apply their farming skills in a local context around food production. Members of our own neighborhood community have put in hours of work and volunteers are very much welcome! Bring drinking water, sun protection, work gloves and a seat if you need one.

Upcoming workdays are Thursdays from 5:30-8:30 pm and Sundays from 9 am-1pm:

Food trucks, music, & SWIMMING- oh my!🚚✨

The office of Mayor Pro Tem Eric Guerra , Neighbors of College Glen association, and Capitol Optimist Club of Sacramento will be hosting its monthly food truck event AND the Oki Park pool will stay open until 7 pm!

🗓 Friday, July 10
⏰ Pool open 1 pm- 7 pm, Food trucks 5–8 PM
📍 2715 Wissemann Drive
🎟 Admission to pool: Adults (18+): $5, Youth (2–17): $3.
Free to attend the food truck event and enjoy the info booths and music

The mayor's office will also provide popsicles!
