Meet Jenna ✨💜✨ Founder & Creator of shares: “I’m a yoga teacher specializing in pre and post-natal yoga, yoga for pelvic health, and menstrual cycle awareness. I’m utterly fascinated by the human body, especially those born with a uterus. Through teaching, my aim is to help students connect to their bodies, tap into their intuition, and honor their feminine energy.
When I’m not teaching yoga, I’m pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Sac State. I’m driven to combine my mindfulness and yoga background with my physical therapy training, integrating a holistic approach to women’s health. I strongly believe in the connection between spirituality, mental well-being, and physical health.
Currently, I teach prenatal yoga at The Summer Moon in Curtis Parks, I offer private sessions for pelvic health and lead online workshops on menstrual cycle awareness and feminine wellness. “

It all began in 2019, when I took that courageous step forward to turn my aspirations into reality. Armed with nothing but a dream, I embarked on a mission to build a booming and trustworthy organic skincare business.
