Heading the Youth Organizing - Yo Disabled & Proud, Jem comes to us with leadership experience in the destigmatization of mental health struggles and combating homelessness in the Sacramento area. Their passion for awareness, advocacy and community is a valued asset to our team and will support in increasing our efforts to engage and empower youth California's disability community.

We are excited to have Jem lead our youth program and be a part of our team!
