Dear Parents/Guardians/Community Members,

The Sackets Harbor Athletic Booster Club will be holding their annual golf tournament on June 20th. Our Club's mission is to support a healthy learning experience for student-athletes and promote athletic excellence, first-class sportsmanship, and character-building relationships among athletes. In addition to our fundraising efforts through our golf tournament and with the money raised throughout the school year, we have been able to purchase various equipment and help student-athletes attend camps to better their skills and participate in summer leagues.

Over the last few years a few of the items we have brought to the district through our fundraising include 4 covered benches for the sports fields, padded chairs for the basketball teams, electricity for the concession stand, lighting for Senior night of soccer, and a basketball shooting machine. Our efforts this year with fundraising from the golf tournament is to add outdoor batting cages.

We are reaching out to ask if you would be willing to provide sponsorship for our tournament or make a donation for our silent auction. The golf tournament is our major fundraiser of the year. Your sponsorship/donation to the Sackets Harbor Patriots Athletic Booster Club Golf Tournament would be greatly appreciated by our school community. We are a 501(c)(3) corporation organized exclusively for educational and charitable purposes to support the Sackets Harbor Central School Athletic Program. Monetary contributions may be deductible for income tax purposes.
