Thank you so much United Bank of Iowa. Swaddling Clothes at St. Paul's is so blessed and appreciative to have received your gift!

United Bank of Iowa recently donated $2,105 to Swaddling Clothes Mission Center through its UNITED TOGETHER Community Cause Day program.

Funds for the donation were raised by employees across all 36 UBI locations, who donate $5 to wear their UNITED TOGETHER Cause Day t-shirts and jeans on the 2nd and 4th Friday each month. The bank matches the employee donations up to $1,000. The February 13 Cause Day donation was randomly drawn and Swaddling Clothes, suggested by the Sac City office, was selected as the recipient.

The St. Paul's Lutheran Church Swaddling Clothes Mission Center assists pregnant women and families with children from newborn to age 6 by providing items such as diapers, wipes, clothing, and baby care items. They also provide equipment such as car seats, cribs, toddler beds, and highchairs. Since opening in 2022, Swaddling Clothes Mission has served families from 11 different counties and 33 towns.

We would love for our Swaddling Clothes children to join us for Sunday School. Kids 3 yrs and up are invited. We meet each Sunday after church from 10:15-11 AM, beginning with Rally Day Kick-off on Sept 7th. Please share with family and friends, we can't wait to see everyone!! See registration.

Rally Day kick-off is Sunday, September 7. Sunday School will meet Sundays after church from 10:15-11:00 AM. It will typically include singing, a lesson, and an activity. Classes available for preschool through 12th grade!

Swaddling Clothes at St. Paul's was able to provide a Christmas meal for each of our families we served this December. As we were able to provide this small meal out of love, we are reminded that Jesus is the bread from heaven that came on the first Christmas to feed all the world with everlasting life. We are thankful for the Thrivent Action Grants that provided this opportunity to serve.

Swaddling Clothes at St. Paul's is open this week, Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning! Make sure your little ones have their warm clothes for winter and maybe grab a cute Christmas shirt! We wish all of our family's a blessed holiday season!
