We are so proud of the girls on all five teams this year, what fun, improvement, and teamwork all season. And the cheering, oh my! Great to celebrate some of our players as part of that at the DelVal all star games yesterday. Representing 8U, Rowan Whitmarsh and Sarah Fritze. Representing 10U, Clara Davidson and Daria Quigley. And representing 12U, Cohan Kadlec and Jules Banks. Congrats girls and coaches, way to represent Rutledge on behalf of the program!

No photos :), but 12U with another big win last night against Ridley. Our 12U Road Warriors are gearing up for the playoffs being tough and battle-tested. Complete game from Jules Banks, big fielding from Abby Hood, and our three stars Amiya Willis getting on base at each at bat, Lily Bannon coming back from injury, and Luna Bellenghi with a huge clutch hit in the fifth inning to give us the lead and win 18-13!

Close one for 10U last night! The girls played hard against a very good Brookhaven team falling 10-9. This was the best game played all season, making plays, catching pop ups and were aggressive on the bases. Millie Towles, Olivia Harkness, and Clara Davidson were our big hitters tonight!

We can’t believe we’re into June all of a sudden. Some seasons are winding down and others just ramping up.

Our 10U had a great (fun!) battle with Nether last night in our last game on the home Triangle Park before second round of construction begins, and celebrated after with their end of season party. With two games still to go, this young 10U team has had a great year developing and building for something special next year and beyond.

Busy day for Rutledge!

8U-Ryan wins 42-0, wow! Otherwise known as an unexpected forfeit win…, that then resulted in a fun parents-kids game.

10U now has a winning streak, with a 9-8 nail-biter win over Nether.

And 8U-Kristyn rounded it out with a great fielding and pitching game against Ridley, with Simone Dixon getting the mound and Nell Kuklinski with her big first hit!

Here we go! 10U gets in the win column with a 14-10 win over Ridley. Loads of hitting in this one including doubles from Harper Taylor, TWO from Faith Fritze, and first hit from Millie Towles. And lockdown pitching from Claire Cielo, Abby Fritze, and Cohan Kadlec.
