Community Care Network – Rutland Mental Health Services is looking for Care Managers to join both our Adult and Child & Family Mental Health Services teams. We currently have opportunities for:

🔹 Care Manager – IFBS
Provide in-home, family-based support to help families strengthen parenting skills, improve communication, build emotional responsiveness, and create greater stability.

🔹 Care Manager – Adult Mental Health Services
Coordinate services and provide supportive counseling, assessment, and ongoing support for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This position offers regular supervision, diverse experience, and opportunities for professional growth.

🔹 Care Manager – Child & Family Outpatient Services
Support children and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges through care management, skills building, service coordination, and connections to community resources.

Competitive pay range of $22.84-$25.24 per hour dependent on experience, plus a $1,000 sign on bonus and a comprehensive benefit package!

Thanks to a generous grant from The M&T Bank Charitable Foundation, along with additional support from a range of local donors, Community Care Network's Street Outreach team is now equipped with a program vehicle to better serve at-risk individuals experiencing homelessness and other challenges throughout Rutland County.

"The new van will give the Street Outreach Team the tools they need to help reach more individuals, foster connections to critical services and provide support where it’s needed most. It’s a powerful example of how local partnerships can make a meaningful difference," said Heidi Stumpff, M&T Bank's Regional President.
