No two pieces of spalted wood are ever the same. ✨The lines, patterns, and colors are nature’s own artwork, shaped slowly over time and brought to life through craftsmanship. That’s the magic of woodworking: taking something already beautiful and turning it into something unforgettable.
Spalted wood is caused by early-stage fungal decay. You usually find it in dead trees but can find it in living trees under a lot of stress.
