The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The mission of the Heart of New England Council is to fulfill the mission of the Boy Scouts of America by involving all eligible youth and their families in a comprehensive, year-round program that includes:

-Challenging outdoor adventure
-Leadership development for engaged citizenship
-Creating life-long habits of cheerful service to others.

Today, the Heart of New England Council was honored to receive a generous grant from the Fred Harris Daniels Foundation to help complete the East Lodge Dining Hall & Kitchen Expansion at Treasure Valley Scout Reservation.

This investment will have a lasting impact on thousands of Scouts and families who enjoy Treasure Valley each year, enhancing the camp experience for generations to come.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Fred Harris Daniels Foundation for their commitment to youth and community, and a special thank you to Wendy Andrews, Grants Manager, for her partnership and support throughout this project.

Together, we are building a stronger future for Scouting.

📍 Location: Quabbin Regional High School
📆 Session Dates: February 13, March 6 & March 13, 2027

Scouts will have the opportunity to explore new interests, develop valuable skills, and make progress toward earning merit badges while working with experienced counselors in a fun and engaging learning environment.
