We hope you’re excited…Bundt cakes will be here TOMORROW! 🎉

Pick-up will begin at 3:00 PM in the cafeteria. If we can send the order home with the child, we will. If not, PLEASE make plans to have your order picked up by 4:15!

We cannot store cakes overnight, so please be sure to have arrangements to get them tomorrow. We don’t don’t them to spoil!

THANK YOU to each and every person who purchased from a student - we sold 1,750 bundlets this year! ❤️

📣 BUNDT CAKE UPDATE 2.4.2026 📣

With the decision for virtual learning days the remainder of this week, we have had to make the decision to push Bundt orders and delivery back. Delivery will now be Thursday, February 19th.

We are upset that bundlets won’t be here before Valentine’s Day, but, unfortunately, we cannot control the weather or the conditions that have persisted these last two weeks.

To ensure fairness so that all students can submit their orders, we will wait until they return to school next week to collect forms and money. ALL forms will be due by Tuesday morning, February 10th at 8:30 AM; no late orders will be accepted past this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your support of the Rutherford Booster Club, students and staff!

VERY IMPORTANT BUNDT CAKE UPDATE!

We understand the winter weather has created havoc in a lot of ways, but we are trying not to let it mess up delivery for Valentine's Day bundt cakes! DELIVERY IS NOW GOING TO BE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13th!

ALL orders MUST be turned in by end of school this THURSDAY! We know a decision has not yet been made for school on Wednesday. If school is in session Wednesday, please go ahead and start sending your orders. If students do not return until Thursday, PLEASE send them first thing!

To ensure that delivery will take place before Valentine's Day, our final order has to be placed on Friday morning. If orders are not submitted by end of school on Thursday they will not be counted in the final. Parents will be responsible for returning money to purchasers if they are not turned in.

BUNDT CAKE ORDER UPDATE!!

Because of the winter storm and school being out until Monday, Bundt cake orders will now be due MONDAY! If for some reason there is no school on Monday, they will have to be in by Tuesday at 3:00 PM.

Our order is due to the bakery, including payment by 2/5 to ensure delivery before Valentine’s Day. It will be cutting it close, so please make every effort to send money and orders on Monday! ❤️

Happy Christmas Week at Rutherford School! 🎄

While the kiddos are enjoying all the magic of the last week before break, Santa’s parents elves are busy behind the scenes! 🎅🏼 we have some IMPORTANT UPDATES below from the Booster Club!

1. Santa’s Workshop is this Wednesday and 1/2 Day on Thursday. If you or someone in your family would like to volunteer to help, please send us a message or call Sarah Williams. We NEED volunteers to make this a great event, so if you can help, even for a little while, please consider doing so.

2. Soap Factory Fundraiser is ready!! 🧼 Pick-up and send home will also be on WEDNESDAY of this week! We will have pick-up until 4:30 on Wednesday. If the order is small enough to send home with your child, we will. If not, please make arrangements to get your orders Wednesday afternoon.

Our November Booster Meeting will be held this Thursday in the cafeteria at 6:00 PM! This is a change from our regular scheduled Tuesday night. 🗓️

Also, don't forget to get your soap orders in with one of our students! The Soap Factory Fundraiser is a great chance to support our school and purchase Christmas presents at the same time. Orders are due THIS FRIDAY, November 14th and will be delivered before Christmas Break! 🧼
