We had the best time this week at the South Central US Human Trafficking Conference hosted by the FREE: The Coalition to End Human Trafficking in NW Louisiana at LSUS! Tiffani Robinson, LPC-A, Jennifer Mire, LPC-S, and Kate Bower, MS presented on Trauma Informed Treatment and Advocacy. We also had a vendor table and were able to share resources and information. The Dragonfly Harbor, Inc. was represented so well! We saw so many familiar faces and friends! We also made new connections as well. It takes all of us coming together to fight human trafficking. This conference is a beautiful example of what can be accomplished when we all work together and share expertise. We are raising awareness and creating a more resilient community.

Our Co-founders, Tiffani Robinson and Jennifer Mire, along with Kate Bower will be speaking on Trauma Informed Care and Advocacy! Come out to this free event and hear them, survivors, advocates, and other experts in the field educate on addressing Human Trafficking in our region. You can also stop by our resource table and grab some information. There will be free CEUs for Social Workers and Counselors.
