It’s Time to Re-Enroll for Arkansas 4-H!🍀

The 2026–2027 4-H year is officially here, and we’re excited to welcome our 4-H members, families, and volunteers back for another great year!🎉

Re-enrollment is open September 1–January 1.

ALL 4-H members and volunteers must re-enroll to be considered active.

To re-enroll, simply log in to your 4-H account, review and update your information, and complete your re-enrollment.

We are ready for another year of learning, leading, serving, and having fun! Let’s keep Making the Best Better!💚🏆

The August Pope County Farm Bureau Ag Student of the Month was awarded to Shannon Bateman.

Shannon's main project is Animal Science, focusing on Meat Goats. She currently serves as president of both the Sequoyah Kids 4-H Club and the Teen Leaders 4-H Club.

Outside of raising her meat goats, she also competes in multiple 4-H cooking contests, such as Food Challenge, BBQ Broiler, and the Rice is Nice and Dairy Foods contests.

Fair Cleanup Day is THIS Saturday, August 29th, starting at 7:30 AM. 🎉🧹🧼🙌

It’s time to get the fairgrounds cleaned up and ready for fair season. The more hands, the faster the job gets done! Grab your family, friends, and cleanup gear, and show up early to beat the heat! 🍀💚💪

Supplies will NOT be provided, so if you have them, please bring:
• Brooms & dustpans
• Leaf blowers
• Cleaning supplies
• Buckets
• Gloves
• Any other helpful cleanup tools

Want to be a 4-H Shooting Sports Coach? 🎯🍀

Instructor Certification Training will be held on September 12, 2026, at the Arkansas 4-H Center. Registration is open now through Sept 4 in Zsuite!

💲Registration: $75 (In-person portion) + $20 (online portion)
🗓 Date: Saturday, September 12th
⏰Time: 8am-5pm
📍Location: Arkansas 4-H Center, 1 Four H Way, Little Rock

Certification available for: Archery, Rifle, and Shotgun

All participants must be approved 4-H volunteers and complete the required Arkansas 4-H volunteer screening and enrollment process prior to training. This process includes: ZSuite volunteer enrollment, volunteer background screening, mandated reporter training, and county volunteer approval (in Zsuite). Volunteer requirements should be completed prior to certification training.
