We want to introduce to you the newest board member of The Place of Grace.
We are very thankful for you Tiffany Bain.

I began my career as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2006 and spent 14 years as a PTA educator, pouring into and preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals. I currently serve as the Dean of Health Sciences at Calhoun Community College, a role I have held since December 2025. I hold a PhD in Health Sciences with a focus in Exercise and Sport Science. Throughout my career, God has used my experiences in healthcare, education, and leadership to prepare me for the work He has called me to do.
Why I Serve
I serve because I have witnessed the resurrection power of my Jesus. I have seen firsthand what He can do: free captives, break chains, restore what has been broken, and bring beauty from places that once seemed hopeless. I know that true transformation is possible because I have seen Him do it.
What This Mission Means to Me
I believe God has already selected the women who will walk through the doors of The Place of Grace. They are not there by accident. They are women whom He loves deeply and whom He desires to restore. It is so important to me that these women learn to always look up—to Jesus. Not to their circumstances. Not to their past. Not to their failures. Not even to themselves. But to the One who redeems, restores, and makes all things new.
Skills / Strengths I Bring
One of my greatest strengths is being motivated by God's voice and being willing to follow where He leads. My career has equipped me with the ability to teach, mentor, develop people, and lead. I bring a heart for women in recovery and a genuine desire to see women discover who they are in Christ and walk confidently in the freedom He offers.
A Little About Me
I am married to my husband, Ryan, and we have three children who are my greatest earthly blessings. Our family is also blessed with two dogs, a lab and a yorkie, who keep life entertaining! I love working out and spending time in God's Word. Through my ministry, I combine my love for fitness and Scripture through Bibles and Barbells to equip women to worship Christ by stewarding the bodies He redeemed, renewing their minds through His Word, and living lives wholly surrendered to His glory. Because Christ has redeemed us, we surrender every part of ourselves to Him. We lift not to earn worth, but because we have already been bought with a price. As we surrender our bodies, renew our minds through God’s Word, and pursue lives of worship, Christ restores us: body, mind, and spirit, all for His glory. We worship Him with every breath, every step, and every rep.
Favorite Scripture
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Romans 12:1-2
These verses are at the heart of what I believe and what I want to see in the lives of women. Because of God’s mercy and what Jesus has already done for us, we can surrender every part of ourselves to Him. We don't have to remain who we once were. Through the renewing of our minds and the power of the Holy Spirit, we can be transformed.
My Heart for The Place of Grace
My heart for The Place of Grace is that it would be a place where women encounter Jesus, not just a place where their circumstances change, but a place where their lives are transformed. I pray that every woman who walks through those doors would come to understand that her past does not define her, her failures do not disqualify her, and her brokenness does not make her unworthy of love. I want her to know that there is a Savior who sees her, pursues her, loves her, and is able to restore every broken piece. My prayer is that The Place of Grace would be a place where women learn to surrender completely to Jesus and discover the freedom that comes from knowing they are already His.
Message to Our Community
The women who come to The Place of Grace are our sisters, our daughters, our mothers, our friends, and our neighbors. They are women worthy of dignity, compassion, patience, and love. I want our community to understand that restoration is possible. We don't have to define people by where they have been. We can believe in where Jesus is taking them. I hope that our community will surround these women with grace, encouragement, prayer, and practical support. Together, we can help create an environment where women don't simply survive their past, but learn to walk boldly into the future God has prepared for them.
Always look up. Jesus is where restoration begins!
