For Lauren, Junior Auxiliary is where service and friendship come together. Over the past three years, JA has given her opportunities to learn from remarkable women, discover areas of need within the community, and become involved in projects that are close to her heart. Through those experiences, she has found not only a deeper passion for serving others but also meaningful friendships 💙✨

Outside of JA, Lauren stays on her feet as a wife and mom to two boys. She serves as the Development Officer at UACCM, attends and serves at New Life Church, and spends much of her time cheering from the sidelines, enjoying the outdoors, and keeping up with sports, monster trucks, and family adventures. Whether she’s taking a walk, attending a fitness class, going for a run, or chasing after her boys, Lauren loves staying active and embracing every bit of her busy life 🏃‍♀️🌿☀️

“Whether offering a helping hand, sharing a conversation, or simply showing up for someone in need, each act of service creates meaningful connections.”

🌟 Member Monday | Avigail Phillips, 2nd Vice President

For Avigail, Junior Auxiliary is an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus through everyday acts of service. Through every season of life, she has experienced God’s faithfulness and strives to reflect His love in the way she cares for those around her. Rooted in these values, she approaches every service opportunity with passion to help others with compassion, grace, and purpose. Whether bringing joy to others or connecting with people from all walks of life, she truly embodies the spirit of JA and believes in meeting people where they are and serving with a joyful heart ✨🤍

While serving others is what brought her to JA, Avigail found something equally meaningful within our chapter: meaningful friendships and a community of remarkable women who continually encourage, support, and inspire one another. She is grateful to serve alongside women who share a passion for making a difference 👯‍♀️

Outside of JA, Avigail is a devoted wife, a proud mother to the most precious daughter, a lover of fitness, and a dedicated community volunteer. She finds joy in serving others, encouraging those around her, and making a positive impact in her community 🏃🏻‍♀️☀️

Call us biased, but JA are our favorite colors 🤸🏼‍♀️

A friendship.
A service project.
A child impacted.
A tradition continued.
A community supported.

Inspired by the Pantone trend, we named these shades after a few of the pillars that hold Junior Auxiliary of Russellville together 💙💛

🌟 Member Monday | Mackenzie Brock, 1st Vice President

For Mackenzie Brock, Junior Auxiliary has always been about more than volunteering.

Through JA, Mackenzie has found opportunities to serve her community, build meaningful friendships, and be part of something larger than herself.

Her time in Junior Auxiliary has helped shape her as a leader, volunteer, and person. From planning events and raising funds to serving local children and families, each experience has reinforced the importance of giving back, and how far just one small act of kindness can go.

However, through her involvement, one core value has always rang true: When passionate women unite around a common mission, their collective impact is extraordinary.

Outside of JA, Mackenzie is the owner of Golden Salon, where she enjoys helping people feel beautiful and confident every day. When she’s not behind the chair, she loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends - the people who make life the most meaningful ✨🤍

“To me, Junior Auxiliary means loving my community. Loving the sweet kiddos we get to pour into. Loving the elderly who may feel forgotten. Loving other organizations who rely on us to help further their mission. Loving my JA sisters who have shared much laughter and held hands through a few tears.”

🌟 Member Monday | Charleigh Albrecht, President

For Charleigh, Junior Auxiliary is rooted in two simple pillars: strengthening her community and leading with love.

Through Junior Auxiliary, Charleigh has gained a greater appreciation for the compassion that exists throughout the River Valley and the many organizations working to meet the needs of others. From her various leadership roles, to simply enjoying the sisterhood it brings, she is grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in that mission and to help make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.

Beyond JA, Charleigh stays busy loving life with her husband and son, obsessing over her plants in her garden or enjoying a crisp Coca-Cola from Chick-Fil-A 🐔👩🏻‍🌾🤍

Crawfish for a cause🦞
Junior Auxiliary of Russellville had a great time volunteering at the 1st Annual Crawfish Festival, bringing the community together for a fresh hot boil, live entertainment , games, and plenty of fun, all benefiting the The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Arkansas River Valley.

Serving our community is at the heart of what we do, and we loved being part of such a meaningful day alongside our community! 💙💛

Today, we celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, mother figures, and caregivers who lead with compassion, strength, and servant hearts 💐

So many of the women of Junior Auxiliary of Russellville pour that same love into our community every single day, whether at home, through service projects, or by lifting up the children and families around them.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who make a difference both inside and outside our chapter. Your impact is felt far beyond today 🤍
