For years we have ran our business on trust. I would complete and deliver orders first, trusting customers would pay when they received their items. I believed most people operated with the same honesty and integrity that we do here at 4G Custom Creations.

Unfortunately, we’ve been proven wrong that some don’t share the same level of integrity that we hold ourselves to.

Because of that, things are changing.

Effective immediately:
All new orders will require full payment upfront before any work begins. This applies to everyone past, current, and future customers. No exceptions.

For anyone with an existing order or outstanding balance, you have 60 days from today to bring your account current. After that, unpaid balances will have to be handled through other means.

If you need to discuss a payment plan, reach out now. I’m willing to work with customers who communicate and handle things the right way.

We’ve recently received notice from our suppliers of an upcoming price increase on all apparel items. At 4G Custom Creations, we work hard to keep our prices as low as possible, but unfortunately changes like this are outside of our control.
