Since 1954, OLBH has provided compassionate health care to eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. The OLBH Foundation offices are located on the fourth floor

Formerly Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital (OLBH) Foundation,CTL Foundation is dedicated to continue the legacy of OLBH by continuing the charitable work of the OLBH Foundation. Established in 1989 when the hospital was operated by the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor, the OLBH Foundation is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) affiliate of OLBH. The OLBH Foundation's mission is to support the hospital

's strategic goals through philanthropy. Funding comes from a variety of sources, including public and private grants, donations (employee and community), planned giving opportunities, and a variety of fundraising events. Support from the OLBH Foundation has enabled the hospital to provide better care to the region through the purchase of new technology, as well as construction, renovation and clinical studies. The OLBH Foundation is located on the OLBH campus at Bellefonte Centre (1000 Ashland Drive.)

It’s never too early to talk HALLOWEEN!

Once again we are calling all local artists!! 🧑🏼‍🎨 👨🏿‍🎨

If you enjoyed all the unique and creative pumpkins, skulls and haunted houses that have been showcased over the last couple of years in the street window exhibit at The Highlands Museum & Discovery Center, as well as included in the “Haunt Your House” trail, you will be able to check the display out again this year, featuring WITCH’S CAULDRONS decorated/painted/designed by our local artists!

*11.25in H x 16.5in W x 14.5in D metal witch’s cauldrons will be provided to participating artists.
*submitted piece can not be any larger than 48HX 20WX 20D (inches) and recipe must be included on final piece.
*Cauldrons can be picked up on 8/1 at the CTL office and are due back for display by 9/26
*Cauldrons will be showcased in the street window exhibit at The Highlands Museum & Discovery Center on Wi******er Avenue from 10/1-10/30.
*Cauldrons will also be displayed on our social media platforms and website.
*Cauldrons will be included in an online auction thru October with proceeds benefitting the Highland’s Museum.
*Cauldrons will be judged by the CTL board of directors as well as The Highland’s Museum staff.
*1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be displayed with their ribbons in the window exhibit.
*there will be a “people’s choice” award as well.
*1st place $250, 2nd place $150 and 3rd place $100. People’s Choice $250
*only 15 WITCH’S CAULDRONS available for the contest.
*Let your creative imaginations run wild!
