A trailer built from the ground up—and a future being built right alongside it.

The trailer behind them is proof of what can happen when determination meets opportunity. Throughout the program, these men developed practical welding skills while completing a project they can be proud of and point to as a reflection of their growth.

Through vocational training, our participants gain valuable hands-on experience that prepares them for employment opportunities and helps create a renewed sense of purpose. We are proud of these graduates and all they have accomplished.

Through this partnership, individuals are earning industry-recognized credentials, building confidence, and stepping into meaningful careers with real opportunities for long-term success.

One of the most exciting outcomes shared in the article — Cohort 1 achieved a 100% job placement rate within 60 days with an average starting wage of $20.25 per hour. That’s more than a statistic.
