Promote Rushville Image Design Environment (PRIDE) PRIDE is a non-profit organization promoting the beautification of Rushville. PRIDE was founded by Elizabeth Boehm in 1970-1971. among others.

Yard of the Month for July is the home of Jennifer and Robert Hamlin at 201 Grandview Dr. Hydrangea and hostas wrap around the front of the house and highlighted by the vanilla strawberry hydrangea on the southwest corner. But the best view is in the backyard sanctuary featuring the patio surrounded by beds of many varieties of hosta, brunnera, heuchera and much more. I'm sure Jenny would be happy to show you. PRIDE Rural Yard of the Month for July is the home of Cindy Elmore at 20343 Hatfield Rd. Take Rte 67 south to Independence Hall Rd then right on Hatfield Rd. PRIDE Yard of the Month for June is the home of Brenda Howard at 506 E Lafayette. This home, all decked out for Independence Day is a perennial showplace. A wave of lovely hostas highlight the front of the home with geraniums and astilbe in bloom and a number of colorful flower pots on the porch.
