Shannock Valley Community Festival Annual, Non-Profit, Festival held in the Cozy, Little Town of Rural Valley, Pa since 1989. All thanks to the amazing Volunteers, Donations & Vendors!

As we enter our 34th year, July 20th, 21st & 22nd, 2023,. we the members of the festival committee would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for helping make it such a every year. Without everyone's time, effort, and financial support, we would not be able to have the wonderful event that you have come to enjoy for years.
