Congratulations to the RFH D8 Competitive Cheer Team for taking 1st place in the Small Division of the 2023 West Milford Fall Cheer Invitational. What a great way to end their first season competing. Way to go girls, we are so proud of you!

We want to thank the Rumson-Fair Haven Youth Football & Cheer extended family for an incredibly successful 2023 season!

With 275 participants this year, our program continues to keep football and cheer a focal point of youth athletics in our community, providing a healthy environment where our children can master the fundamental skills necessary to compete at a high level, learn important life lessons, and foster long lasting relationships with friends and neighbors.

None of this is possible without the support of the Rumson and Fair Haven Recreation Departments, RFH Regional High School, our volunteer coaches, the parents of all our participants, families and friends.

We'll see you in 2024. Go 'Dawgs! 🏈

Thank you to the RFH High School Football Coaching Staff for hosting our 2nd Annual AYF Summer Camp. Our 6th-8th graders received great instruction from some of the best in the business! The next generation of Bulldog football players is hungry and getting prepared to protect the standard! 🏈

We'd like to extend a huge "Thank You" to Paul Miano of the NJ Emergency Training Center and Hazlet Youth Athletic League for certifying a group of our Football & Cheer Coaches in CPR last night. We encourage everyone to get certified - you can literally save a life!
