Apparently it’s laying season for the turtles in my yard. This is the first time I’ve seen two in one week.

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.

The Creation Exploration Club is a Christian nature study group for children. We have fun investigating all aspects of Creation in light of scripture from a young earth perspective. We love hands-on learning and inventive use of materials. We aren't afraid of getting dirty or looking into the less-than-lovely aspects of the natural world. When possible, we draw upon the realms of music, art, and poetry to add another dimension of appreciation to the topics we cover. The person behind the posts is Angela Smith. I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, and homeschooling veteran. I lead a little group of local Creation Explorers at Heritage Presbyterian Church in Royston, GA. Most of what you see on this page is stuff I’ve put together for them. I thank God for the opportunity to investigate with these little ones, and I pray they will always view the world with a sense of childlike wonder.
