Saturday’s Masquerade Empowerment Gala was a beautiful way to celebrate an extraordinary first full year for EmpowerED Outreach. Even with the rain, you showed up for our mission. We are forever grateful to everyone who purchased a ticket, attended, donated, volunteered, sponsored or supported us in any way.
The mask reminded us that every person carries a story beyond what the world sees. We believe everyone deserves support, dignity and the opportunity to heal.
Here are a few of the ways our community made an impact in 2026:
💚 We provided 50 prom dresses through Royse City’s first Prom Closet.
💚 We funded 50 therapy sessions through our licensed therapist partners for individuals impacted by childhood trauma.
💚 We hosted the first city-approved Juneteenth event in Fate.
💚 Our Healing Circle supported 15 individuals impacted by childhood trauma.
We’re proud of what we accomplished together in our first full year as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We also presented appreciation awards to supporters who have believed in and stood beside us since our early days. Thank you for helping us carry this mission forward.
As we close out our 2026 programming, we’re giving our board members time to enjoy the remainder of the year with their families. We’re grateful for all they’ve done to make this year possible.
