✨ The Official Announcement is Here! ✨

The Royse City Chamber is proud to announce the selection of the Emerging Leaders Year 4 Class! 🎉

After a competitive application and interview process, we are excited to welcome a new group of outstanding high school students who have demonstrated leadership potential, passion for their community, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.

The Emerging Leaders program was created to inspire and develop the next generation of leaders in Royse City and surrounding communities. Throughout the year, these students will participate in hands-on leadership development, professional networking, community engagement, business and civic education, team-building experiences, and service opportunities designed to help prepare them for future success.

Our goal is not only to build leadership skills, but to empower these students to become confident communicators, thoughtful decision-makers, and active contributors to their schools, workplaces, and communities.

We cannot wait to watch this year’s class learn, grow, and lead. 💙

We are also currently seeking program sponsors and community partners who want to invest in the future of our local leaders. Sponsorships help provide educational experiences, program materials, leadership sessions, meals, transportation, and scholarships for student participants.

Business, Advocacy, and Tacos. 📈💙🌮
What an impactful day! Our Emerging Leaders were incredibly excited to mentor the next generation of CEOs. The education class for the Young Entrepreneurs was all about practical success. They dove deep into:
Business 101: What is a business? How do you run one? The basic building blocks for success.
Stand Out From the Crowd: Essential strategies for designing and setting up a vendor space that works for you.
The feedback was fantastic—these kids are sharp, motivated, and ready for the main stage!

But it wasn’t just about business. Our Emerging Leaders also took time to stand with the Children’s Advocacy Blue Ribbon, raising awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month.

We wrapped up a successful session by heading out for a well-deserved Taco Tuesday feast! 🌮
