Good health starts with simple habits!
This month, the Good Shepherd Foundation Haiti conducted a handwashing education class for 57 elementary school students, teaching them the basics of proper hand hygiene and why it matters. Through interactive lessons and demonstrations, students learned how washing their hands with soap and clean water can help reduce the spread of disease, prevent illness, and keep their families and communities healthier.
This educational outreach is part of our broader commitment to improving community health in Haiti through access to clean water, sanitary latrines, health education, and our local health clinic. By combining infrastructure with education, we help equip children and families with the knowledge and resources they need to live healthier lives.
Thank you to everyone who supports this important work. Together, we are building healthier communities—one child, one family, and one village at a time.
