At Open Hands Food Pantry, there’s always something to do—and always someone to laugh with. Whether we’re sorting donations, packing groceries, or stocking shelves, we have a great time serving our neighbors together.

Our volunteers are the heart of this ministry, and they make every pantry day brighter. The friendships, teamwork, and shared purpose are just as meaningful as the work itself.

💚 Join us for a relaxing and welcoming yoga class open to participants of all experience levels. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to move in. The community center has a few mats, but please bring a mat if you are able!

🥫 Class is $15, This special class will directly benefit Open Hands Food Pantry, helping provide food and support to our neighbors in need.

💛 💇‍♂️ Huge thanks to A Room with a Do Hair Salon in Berkley for helping our neighbors in need enjoy full tables and peace of mind!

Moved by concerns over SNAP cuts, owners David Landis and Carl Jones rallied their clients—and the response was incredible: nearly 70 cases of food in just two months! 🥫🙌

We’re so grateful for their generosity and for a community that shows up. 🫶🍽️
