Our mobile food pantry initilly began assisting families in Franklin & Hinds counties in MS, later distributing healthy meal recipe alternatives & other cultural food ideas. I've seen it with my very eyes especially within the "Working poor" communities; some working more than one job (Making slightly TOO MUCH to receive aid from the government but NOT ENOUGH to pay the monthly bills).
