It’s National Apprenticeship Week! Jahia is a second year Bricklayer local 3. She says “I take pride in challenging myself every day at work, constantly learning and growing my skills in masonry and waterproofing. I enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone, working both indoors and outdoors and pushing myself to get better with every project. The construction industry has not only helped me build hands-on skills, but also meaningful connections with people I may have never crossed paths with otherwise. It’s all about growth, discipline, and embracing the process.”

It’s National Apprenticeship Week! Aria is a first year Carpenter who loves her job site and is doing well. Shout out to Boston Union Trades Sisters with their sticker. She graduated from Building Pathways pre-apprenticeship program with a clear direction and persistence and made it happen! Well done and keep going. Check back for more.
