Tis the season for planting gardens and flowers-here's some tips to keep in mind 🌱

We won't leaf you hanging: Flower pots and trays (aka flats) do NOT go in the recycling. Some garden centers may take them back, but you'll need to ask before you donate. Splitting plants? 🌱 Be sure to disinfect all pots and trays you give away to make sure you don't pass along any invasives (like jumping worms and black swallow wort).

Take the guesswork out of recycling: Check RecycleSmartMA.org to see what goes in (and stays out of) your bin.

OPEN TODAY AND TOMORROW 10-3 AT 180 IPSWICH ROAD, TOPSFIELD, MA!! 35 species of northeast natives will be available (I'll get up to 80 by the end of June;) And INSIDE the farm stand are more goodies.....Team Monarch Gardener t-shirts, monarch rearing kits (ask to be added to my foster list as I don't actually sell animals), butterfly puzzles, All-nature rabbit manure, milkweed tote bags, yard signs, nature photos, balm for cracked gardener fingers and BOOKS BOOKS BOOKS!! Need a gift for a mom in your life? Grab a gift certificate, stick it in a Cusco card, grab a book, and a yard sign and put it all in a lovely milkweed tote.
See ya'll at 10! Gates open at 9:45. Cash, Venmo, checks and credit all accepted. Look for my sandwich board out on Ipswich Road, the driveway is single track but everyone's always seemed to work it out OK. Don't drive on the tilled farm field, you'll sink.
I also take my 4" co-ex pots back if you have any from last year, I'll post a pot-return photo at some point this weekend. Now coffee, coffee, coffeeeeeeeee.....
