Picard Found a Home Picard Has found his forever home! Picard was found as a stray on the streets of Rowlett. Picard was adopted AGAIN, and dumped at the Garland Shelter.

He was adopted but brought back the same day after the adopters learned that Picard is NOT good with cats! After being placed up for adoption for over a week, the shelter became full and Picard was about to be euthanized. That's when Friends of Rowlett Animals was able to place Picard in a great foster home while he looked for his perfect home. Picard then found his people. He now shares a home wi

th his humans and enjoys plenty of snuggles treats and love from his human sisters every day. Picard is a success story and why you should always adopt and don’t shop. �
