Myranda's Mended Souls Rescue After doing 2 years of independent rescue and helping others I decided it was time to create a non profit rescue so I can help save more lives.

We are a small non profit organization. we only use foster homes for the dogs we rescue. Because we are small, we tend to be invisible when we create fundraisers. We could use new followers and at least 250-300 followers willing to donate just $5 a month for the next 12 months. several ways to donate and there is a way to set up the donation automatically on a few of these options. NTGD GOAL= $3500

Today starts early giving for North Texas Giving Day. We missed the deadline to register but are doing our own version of it. This will actually help us because we aren't having to pay a registration fee and we won't lose funds when they take their percentage.

We have posted pics of all the pups you will be helping. Paulette's situation is our biggest challenge right now. She needs surgery and her foster discovered a lump below her chin the other day. Frankie requires daily medications for his epilepsy to keep from having seizures and requires vet visits every 6 months for bloodwork for those medications. BamBam is currently in a board & train situation and will be there for several months due to his behavior situation. All 18 dogs require monthly prevention, yearly vaccines, and food, some require specific food based on allergies which is more expensive. Although we do are very best to use low cost options when available, it still adds up quickly.
We are going to set our goal at $3500. This will give us the funds we need for Paulette's situation and cover 2 months worth of supplies. That means we need to average $160 a day in donations from today through September 17th to reach our goal. We have over 2000 followers. If each follower donated just $5 each, we would blow our goal away.

This beautiful girl is Fiona. She just turned a year old in our rescue. She is crate and house trained. Loves to play with other dogs. She is people and kid friendly. Super smart. Cats unknown. Loves going for rides and getting pup cups. She weighs around 45lbs. She is pit/German Shepherd mix. DNA test was completed. Adoption Application required and there is an adoption fee. Dallas area.

We are hoping to find a new foster or even better, their forever home(s) for these 2 fairly quick. Their current foster has a family situation that will require their full attention and time. Their father will require full time, round the clock care and private care is extremely expensive. They do not have to stay together but Molly will need another dog in the home to keep her happy. They also both need a solid, secure privacy fence or 6 ft rod iron fence would also work.
They were born March 29th, 2024 into our rescue. Their 3 siblings were adopted over a year ago. They are both smart, very sweet dogs. Both fully vetted. Both house and crate trained. They love being outside. They are currently in the Dallas area. The sooner we can get them moved to new foster(s) or adopted the better. The foster has enough on their plate right now. Application required.
