Myranda's Mended Souls Rescue After doing 2 years of independent rescue and helping others I decided it was time to create a non profit rescue so I can help save more lives.

We are a small non profit organization. we only use foster homes for the dogs we rescue. Because we are small, we tend to be invisible when we create fundraisers. We could use new followers and at least 250-300 followers willing to donate just $5 a month for the next 12 months. several ways to donate and there is a way to set up the donation automatically on a few of these options. We were contacted by another rescue asking if by chance we could help this female frenchie. We need a foster or foster to adopt home in order to help her.
She will need to be in a home without cats and more than likely no small/young children as she was rehomed once for playing to rough with the kids in the first home. She injured a kitten in the second home & she can be hit & miss with other dogs. She would probably do best as an only dog.
Her name is Penny, she is a dark brindle, she is supposed to be crate trained and house trained. UTD on vaccines.. 4yrs old spayed. You have to muzzle her to trim nails.

Cancer sucks!!! Boglin "Boggy" (aka Grady) adopted 10 months ago to an amazing family was diagnosed with cancer just a few weeks ago and lost his battle today. We are heartbroken by this loss. Please keep his family in your prayers. 2 of our rescued ones within weeks of each other lost to cancer. RIP sweet boy. 6/15/26

6-4-26 Foster to adopt is available for George. We have been trying for months to get him moved from his current foster home. He DOES NOT like cats and the current foster home has cats. It's not fair to the cats or George. It does take George about 24 hours to warm up to his new human, after that, he's your best buddy. He will need a home without cats or young/small children. He needs his boundaries respected and young children can sometimes forget that. He does great with other dogs, especially ones his size. He loves to go for walks as well.

ZEKE- He was rescued from DAS when his owners chose not to reclaim him. He is a sweet senior boy and still has alot of playful s***k in him. He does have limited sight but that does not slow him down. Once you meet him, you will fall in love. He is doing great in his foster home with other dogs his size.

FRANKIE !! SPECIAL NEEDS HAPPY PLAYFUL BOY. Frankie has epilepsy, controlled by 2 daily medications.

Frankie- we have had Frankie for over a year in our rescue. He was owner surrendered to us due to a divorce and neither owner "had time" or wanted to deal with medical needs. Frankie has epilepsy and is on 2 medications twice a day to control his seizures. Which he is doing great on these meds. He will need regular vet visits(about every 6 months) to stay on his medications which he needs daily. He is a happy, playful boy and being fostered with other dogs his size and plays well with them
