Rockin’ on the River was rockin’ last night! Our dance floor was the place to be! Thank you to East Bound and Lucky Devils for bringing the party! And a huge Thank You to everyone attending! We appreciate your support and hope to see you July 11, as we continue to celebrate the summer with music!

Rockin’ on the River will be moved inside the station this evening. The weather is calling for rain & storms. We don’t want to take our chances getting caught outside in a storm(if you were here for the concert in September, you understand 🤣). Same set up & good time…just inside! Bring your lawn chairs and coolers! We plan to have the garage doors open so you’re welcome to set up a canopy outside the doors if you want. East Bound starts the party 6:00 with Lucky Devils rocking at 8:00. We’ll have Ultimate Bash tickets for sale during the concert.

It’s Ticket Day. We know the line is already a bit long but we APPRECIATE everyone who is waiting to support this event! We know that waiting in line sucks but after many, many discussions, we feel this is the best and fairest way to distribute tickets. We hope the line moves quickly & smoothly and we hope everyone waiting gets a ticket. There are only 2500 tickets and we know waiting doesn’t guarantee you a ticket. Our fingers are crossed that everyone gets a ticket but when they’re gone, they’re gone. Doors open at noon. We’ll see ya then!

Saturday is the day! Ultimate Bash tickets will go on sale this Saturday, June 6 from 12:00-3:00 at our fire station. This is a long post but please note:

*Tickets are $100.
*Payment in cash or check only. Checks made to Rowlesburg VFD.
*No limit to the number of tickets you can purchase.
*If you are purchasing multiple tickets for multiple people, you are welcome to create address labels to use on the ticket stub.
*Rowlesburg VFD is not asking anyone to collect money for tickets on our behalf. If you are giving money to someone to purchase a ticket for you, please make sure it is someone you know & trust. We will not be responsible for any tickets not received from your buyer.
*When you enter the building, there will be 3 stations set up to purchase tickets.
*There are several rows of tables & chairs set up so that you can sit down to complete your tickets.
*Make sure to drop your tickets in the box at the side door upon exiting. Box will be labeled and monitored.
*Have your money and/or checks out and ready. We do not want to hold up the line while you get money out of your wallet, un-paperclip it, sort through envelopes, etc.
*Tell the workers how many tickets you want and hand the money to them. One person will double-count your money while the other person will count out your tickets.

Last year the line extended to the opposite end of Elm Street, but everyone made it through the line in 25 minutes after the doors opened. We try our best to keep everything moving quickly and smoothly and the above suggestions help us do just that.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday! Doors open at NOON.
