Hello Sunrise Villas - Round Rock,

The Google installation work has begun in our neighborhood. We’ve noticed several cars parked on the street, and we want to remind everyone that vehicles left on the street are subject to being towed. Any issues or damages will be the owner’s responsibility.

To avoid any frustration for both the installers and residents, we kindly ask that you please keep your cars off the street until the work is complete. Your cooperation will help the process move smoothly and prevent unnecessary problems.

Subject: 🚨SUNRISE VILLAS PARKING RESTRICTIONS - Google Fiber Installation Begins Thursday 9/11

Dear Residents,

Google Fiber has posted notices on your doors and we want to confirm that installation begins this Thursday, September 11, 2025 for approximately one week.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
🚫 No street parking is allowed during installation hours (7:00 AM–5:00 PM).
Vehicles left on the street will be relocated within the community to allow work to continue. By leaving your vehicle parked, you acknowledge that the HOA and contractors are not responsible for any damage that may occur if it must be moved.

We appreciate your cooperation as we complete this exciting community upgrade. We’ll share details on how to sign up for Google Fiber service once available.
