We’re grateful to the Office of Congressman Pete Sessions, Representative Donna Howard, and Senator Dr. Donna Campbell for joining us in celebrating our Ladders for Leaders interns!

Together, we celebrated over 100 young leaders who gained real-world experience with 21 business partners across Central Texas, building skills, confidence, and professional connections to help prepare them for college and careers.

We appreciate our elected officials and community leaders for recognizing the accomplishments of our young people and cheering them on as they pursue their futures. 💙👏

💼✨ This summer, our Ladders for Leaders teens stepped into the professional world at Accenture US, gaining the skills, confidence, and perspective to take their next steps toward a successful career.

Through hands-on workshops, teens:
🔹 Strengthened public speaking and personal branding skills
🔹 Explored career pathways and their own unique strengths
🔹 Set SMART goals and put teamwork into action
🔹 Reflected on their experiences and created action steps for continued growth

🎉 A summer of learning. A future full of possibilities. Congratulations to the 103 young leaders who completed the 2026 Ladders for Leaders Internship Program! Over six weeks, these interns gained real-world experience with 21 business partners across Central Texas, building the skills, confidence, and professional connections that will shape their futures.

We were proud to celebrate their accomplishments alongside State Representative Donna Howard and representatives from the offices of Texas Senator Dr. Donna Campbell and Congressman Pete Sessions, who recognized the importance of investing in the next generation of leaders.

🎶✨ For Aaradhya, this summer’s Ladders for Leaders internship was a chance to explore a career he’s passionate about.

As an intern at Northshore Media Productions, Aaradhya gained hands-on experience with audio hardware, music production, and event setup, building technical skills while learning what it takes to succeed in the music and media industry.

Through opportunities like these, our interns discover new skills, build confidence, and gain real-world experience to turn their passions into future careers.

🌟 This summer, we stopped by Blaine Counseling & Consulting to catch up with Ladders for Leaders interns Sydney and Ana Sofia and hear all about their internship experience!

As Marketing interns, they strengthened professional and technical skills while building confidence in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. They also share how they've been able to bring their own experiences and creativity into real-world projects, helping prepare them for future college and career opportunities.
