🌟 Shashank P., a 2023 Ladders for Leaders intern, shared his experience at Q2, a technology company partnered with Austin FC. Through this experience, Shashank gained insight into digital banking and finance, as well as hands-on experience with financial solutions, working collaboratively, and engaging in community outreach.

We’re calling on industry leaders and community partners to continue making these opportunities available to even more youth and to help shape the next generation of professionals in Austin’s future workforce.

Future teachers. Engineers. Entrepreneurs. Nurses. Leaders. 🌟

In just two weeks, over 100 Ladders for Leaders students will take a major step toward their futures during Signing Day, where they’ll officially sign on with local business partners for summer internships across the Austin area.

💫 These internships are more than summer opportunities. They’re confidence builders, career pathways, mentorship connections, and first steps into the workforce.

Now, we’re calling on industry leaders and community partners to help make these opportunities possible for even more youth.

By becoming a Ladders for Leaders business partner, you’re not just offering an internship, you’re helping shape the next generation of professionals and investing directly in Austin’s future workforce.

Interviews Done! ✅ Our Ladders for Leaders students took time to write handwritten thank‑you notes to the volunteers who showed up for them sharing encouragement, feedback, and real-world insight that made a lasting impact.

✨Moments like this remind us that it truly takes a community to build confident, workforce‑ready young leaders.

Our volunteers do more than just conduct interviews; they help students see what’s possible. And there’s room for more partners on this journey. Whether you host an intern, mentor a student, or collaborate with us, your involvement opens doors at the right time.
