In 2023, while traveling in Peru, I wrote down an idea.

Not a business plan.
Not a roadmap.
Just a vision for a place where women could gather, move, learn, connect, and be supported.

It was all about creating a space where women could show up exactly as they are. No frills, no fuss, no pomp & circumstance. No need to pretend or put a face on.

I had no idea how it was going to happen, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it!

The dream may have started in a journal, but the women who walked through the door brought it to life.

To the moms who came to class pregnant and their babies who arrived and are now growing up in this community.
To women who trusted me with their stories, their struggles, their celebrations, and their transitions.

You didn’t just become part of the dream.

You ARE the dream.

Look who has a little library!!! We do! Take a book, leave a book. Hang out on the patio with your wee one before or after class and read for a bit too.

Sometimes I wonder what this girl would think if I could go back and tell her all of the things she was going to experience in life. All of it. The happiness, the tragedies, the peaks, the valleys, the joy, the parties, the fun... I wonder what she would think if I told her what her future looked like? Would she change anything? What if I could just share a few stories, would she look at me like I’m effin nuts? Yeah, probably that last one…..DEFINITELY that last one. Lol.

Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught to look outside ourselves for the answers. What I’ve come to realize is that almost everything I offer - prenatal yoga, childbirth education, doula support, sound baths, Wild Moon Mavens, retreats, and community - is really about the same thing: it’s about helping women reconnect to their own wisdom. The kind of wisdom that lies just below the surface. The wisdom that was never actually lost. It’s just been hiding behind all the noise.
