ALL ARE WELCOME! ALL WALKS OF LIFE REGARDLESS OF GENDER, COLOR, SHAPE, SIZE, RELIGION. ALL (and I do mean ALL) are welcome. Every single one of us needs to return to the basics sometimes and we ALL definitely deserve support during the rough patches!

This is NOT a space for judgement. Ever. Come with kindness and an open mind.

So, will you be there when Chicago comes to Round Rock in the form of my amazing friend Hilaire Lockwood who is flying in THIS WEEKEND to lead two special workshops in the NEW studio?

Yoga Basics/Foundations: New to yoga? Returning after a break from yoga? Just want to revisit the basics? This one’s for you. Heck! Even I’m taking this one! Meet me there?

Cancervive: An exploration of meditation, resilience, and navigating life’s hardest moments. This workshop is rooted in Hilaire’s personal experience and offers tools for finding steadiness when life gets messy. Open to EVERYONE, not just those affected by cancer.

Registration is open! Link in bio. Questions? Yeah, you know how to find me. 😘

I.AM.SOFA-KING.TIRED. Between changing booking platforms, and the physical move, I’m about done. I am, however, deeply grateful for everyone who has shown up during the last two weeks. It has been a lot, and I could never do it without you. Keep showing up mamas, we have a community to build. And we now have a big beautiful space in which to do it. I’ve got you as much as you’ve got me!

Meet the humans behind the yoga!

The new Cosmic Egg Wellness is officially coming to life, and I figured it was probably time you met some of the incredible humans who are teaching in the new space!

We are all different humans with one very important thing in common: we all firmly believe you do not have to be good at yoga, look a certain way, or have your sh*t together to take our classes.

Come exactly as you are. And that’s no joke.”, we mean it!

Swipe through to meet your CEW teachers. TOMORROW we get to actually practice together in our new home for the very first time.

First class in the new studio: Saturday 9/26 at 10:30 AM.

📍 900 Round Rock Ave., Suite 211

Come meet us on the mat!

Wellllllll….its time to put this on your radar! Yoga Teacher Training is coming to Cosmic Egg Wellness! And this one is incredibly special to me because the trainer, Yoga | Movement | Meditation | Wellness was my teacher!!

I did YTT with Eon, so I can say from experience: he is ridiculously knowledgeable, wildly funny, deeply thoughtful about the way he teaches, AND he doesn’t just teach people how to do yoga! He teaches people how to understand it, question it, and embody it all while staying true to themselves!

And honestly, putting this all together is making me want to do this all over again!

If you’ve ever had that little voice saying “maybe someday….”. Well, someday is January 2027. DM me YTT and I’ll send you the details!

I absolutely adore Elaina Woodricks and her little taste-tester! Elaina is creative, fun, and has made this fabulous event come to life. There are a few spots left, grab yours and enjoy not panicking if your little one eats sands…they’re supposed to! More crawlers and walkers events coming soon!

A few spots opened up for Restorative yoga tonight at 7:15. Need to lie the eff down? Grab your spot and come exhale with us.
