We know our area has seen a lot of growth, and we know Williamson County's future growth and its impact on I-35 traffic will directly affect our local businesses, their shipping partners, employee recruitment, and economic competitiveness for decades.

TxDOT is accepting public comments on I-35 construction between Round Rock and Georgetown through❗THIS FRIDAY, AUG. 28❗

The article below has more info. County leaders are concerned the current long-term concept doesn't meet anticipated growth, and recommend the points below. Your voice as a business leader is important – please consider reaching out to the email above with your input.

1. Design to add a minimum of two additional non-tolled mainlanes in each direction;
2. Design to accommodate a minimum of two managed lanes in each direction; and
3. Provide, at a minimum, collector-distributor roads through the Round Rock corridor.

👋Say hello to Mike Barschow, Emergency Response Manager at SERVPRO of Pflugerville and this week's Ambassador Spotlight!

Mike was born and raised in Ohio and remains a passionate Ohio State State and Cleveland sports fan. In 2002, Mike moved to Round Rock with his wife, Holly, and they began building their family’s life in this community

With more than 20 years of experience in the restoration industry, Mike is passionate about helping homeowners and business owners navigate some of the most difficult and stressful experiences they may ever face. He is a strong advocate for his customers, working to ensure they are treated fairly, properly, and with the care they deserve.

Mike is also deeply committed to his community. He is an active ambassador and board member of the Round Rock Chamber and believes that meaningful community involvement is where positive change begins.

Outside of work and community service, Mike enjoys having a good time, cracking bad jokes, and cheering on his beloved Buckeyes.
