For five years, Kimberly Dolson has poured herself into shaping, expanding, and elevating the Round Rock Chamberโ€™s events and programs. Her powerful combination of creativity and relationship-building have made a lasting impact on our whole community.

In just five years, Kimberly has:
โœจ Not only planned and executed 100 events a year, but has transformed them into fan-favorite, canโ€™t miss occasions for our members
โœจ Grew Taste of Round Rock into an award-winning community tradition
โœจ Championed and grew Women Who Mean Business from a luncheon to a day-long conference drawing top notch speakers and hundreds of regional attendees
โœจ Helped launch and lead the Small Business Opportunity Council
โœจ Reimagined the Annual Business Awards to a high-energy evening of fun and celebration
โœจ Broadened the Chamber's reach by managing logistics and events for the first Intercity Visits to Tennessee and Arizona

Kimberly also has a special talent for stretching a budget, negotiating like a pro and somehow always knowing exactly who to call when the Chamber needs a favor. Weโ€™re grateful for her leadership, passion, and ability to bring people together for memorable experiences. Please join us in congratulating Kimberly on five outstanding years and thanking her for all she does to cultivate our strong Round Rock community.

We know the atmostphere we enjoyed at Round Rock Startup Week 2026 wasn't created by accident. It's the result of business leaders consistently showing up, sharing, and working to support each other. And it's the result of years of city and community leadership investing in this ecosystem.

We just want to say thank you again to everyone โ€” our attendees, presenters, pitch finalists, judges, and sponsors โ€” for making this event a success.

๐Ÿฅณ Congratulations again to Imagine Devices Inc., our pitch competition winner and recipient of the $10,000 grand prize! We can't wait to see all the lives you benefit as you grow your business.

Here's to 11 months of continuing to build the connections, infrastructure, and culture that help grow Round Rock founders and small businesses until Startup Week 2027!

Walking away from Round Rock Young Professionals Lunch with Leaders with a renewed sense of hometown pride, seeing city leadership investing in our rising workforce, and young residents showing up to learn and get further engaged with their city!

We especially enjoyed hearing our presenters talk about:
๐ŸŒŸ Being courageous early in your career, saying yes when invited to be in an important room (but knowing your lane)
๐ŸŒŸ Round Rock leaders being responsive to the public, but responsible to their mission, investing in our longterm future
๐ŸŒŸ Listening and taking care of your internal team, so they can take care of your external audience

๐Ÿ‘ A special thank you to City of Round Rock Director of Communications Sara Bustilloz, Chief of Police Allen Banks, Fire Chief Shane Glaiser, and Director of Sports Management & Tourism Chad McKenzie, as well as our sponsors Salata and Texas State University Round Rock
