For five years, Kimberly Dolson has poured herself into shaping, expanding, and elevating the Round Rock Chamber’s events and programs. Her powerful combination of creativity and relationship-building have made a lasting impact on our whole community.

In just five years, Kimberly has:
✨ Not only planned and executed 100 events a year, but has transformed them into fan-favorite, can’t miss occasions for our members
✨ Grew Taste of Round Rock into an award-winning community tradition
✨ Championed and grew Women Who Mean Business from a luncheon to a day-long conference drawing top notch speakers and hundreds of regional attendees
✨ Helped launch and lead the Small Business Opportunity Council
✨ Reimagined the Annual Business Awards to a high-energy evening of fun and celebration
✨ Broadened the Chamber's reach by managing logistics and events for the first Intercity Visits to Tennessee and Arizona

We know the atmostphere we enjoyed at Round Rock Startup Week 2026 wasn't created by accident. It's the result of business leaders consistently showing up, sharing, and working to support each other. And it's the result of years of city and community leadership investing in this ecosystem.

Meet Hunter Leatherman, VP Business & Community Banking at Frontier Bank of Texas and this week's Ambassador Spotlight!👋

Hunter is a proud native of Round Rock, Texas. He began his educational journey at Cedar Ridge High School before pursuing his Agricultural Finance Degree at Stephen F. Austin State University. His banking career took off in 2019, and he has served the Williamson County market ever since. Throughout the years, Hunter has adorned various hats, seamlessly transitioning between roles such as teller, mortgage processor, credit analyst, portfolio manager, and loan officer. His versatility and dedication to the central Texas communities have been instrumental in his success within the banking industry. Hunter is passionate about wildlife conservation and public education. You can always catch him on the golf course or in a duck blind when he isn’t in the office.

Walking away from Round Rock Young Professionals Lunch with Leaders with a renewed sense of hometown pride, seeing city leadership investing in our rising workforce, and young residents showing up to learn and get further engaged with their city!
