👋 Friendly reminder about sidewalk parking
In Texas, sidewalks are part of the public right-of-way and are meant to stay clear for pedestrians.

Parking on or blocking a sidewalk even partially can create real safety issues for others in the community.

When sidewalks are blocked, people using wheelchairs, parents with strollers, kids, and neighbors out for a walk may be forced into the street. That’s something we all want to avoid.

🚓 If vehicles continue to block sidewalks, they may be fined and reported to local police, in accordance with the law.
Let’s look out for one another and keep sidewalks open and safe. Thanks for doing your part and parking considerately! 🚶‍♀️💙

Quick tip to potentially save you a few bucks! How much are people paying in convenience fees when making HOA payments? We just noted that the autopay convenience fee for linking your checkings account ($2/month) seems to be more than if you link a credit card (~0.79cents/month).
