Round Lake Beach Community Emergency Response Team The Round Lake Beach Community Emergency Response Team is a local CERT Team trained and sponsored by the Round Lake Beach Emergency Management Agency.

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a program that helps to educate people about how to prepare for a disaster. During the class people will learn basic disaster response skills in fire safety and suppression, light search and rescue, team organization, and basic first aid. After the class is done members will preform a live exercise and use the skills they learned in the class. Once t

he class is done the members of the team will graduate and from that point they should have enough training that they can help themselves and neighbors during and after an emergency.
