Our Groove&Flow Thursday's series is in full swing and we want you to come out and join us tonight!

Designed to help you reduce stress, exercise, fellowship with new and familiar faces and most of all - HAVE FUN!

Beginging April 9th from 6pm-7pm, come out and learn the latest (and most classic) line dances while also learning some Chicago Step and partner dances.
