Since 2007 these have been the goals of International Mission Connection (IMC) In 2002, Donna Beverly made her first mission trip to Honduras, chaperoning a team of young people who joined with Mission Caribe in Tegucigalpa. In 2003, she returned to work with Mission Caribe, leading another team. Along the way, as a practicing attorney, Donna became involved with providing legal representation to

missionaries and nonprofit organizations in Central America. In 2003, she felt God leading her to form a more permanent connection with the mission outreach in Honduras. Specifically, she met with a young man who introduced her to his home village of Reynel Funez. Read more...

Mensaje de nuestra fundadora: Únase a mí para celebrar la vida bien vivida de mi dulce esposo, Jim Beverly. Su celebración de la vida se llevará a cabo el jueves 30 de julio a las 2:00 p. m. en Logan’s Funeral Home en Ellijay, GA. Visita 1:00. La ceremonia será transmitida en vivo en Facebook de Logan Funeral Home. Un graduado de Georgia Tech, Jim se retiró como ingeniero y ejecutivo en Atlanta Gaga’s Light.
Jim fue un defensor de la comunidad de discapacitados y fue un pionero en crear conciencia sobre el autismo hace décadas, cuando sirvió en la junta directiva de la National Autism Society. Miembro de la junta directiva de Hi Hope Center, de larga data, fue fundamental para apoyar centros para adultos con discapacidad y establecer hogares grupales. Fue el director financiero de International Mission Connection, un ministerio cristiano fundado por él y su esposa.
Jim estaba dedicado a su Señor y a su familia y deja atrás a su esposa, Donna, a su hijo Todd, sus hijos adoptivos hondureños Kelin y Miguel, y a sus sobrinos Darren, David, Will y Joe, y a muchos sobrinos, sobrinas y familia extensa.
Amaba bien. Servió fielmente. Dónde sin condiciones.
Ahora se ha ido, pero deja un legado precioso.
