Last presentation of the semester! 🎓 On May 15th, we visited Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, FL, to empower the Class of 2026.

Our mission is simple but life-changing: equip these students with the tools to make smart decisions and look out for themselves and their friends. Thank you, Explorers, for your energy and commitment to keeping each other safe!

It is wild how accountability gets labeled as “snitching” when the stakes are literally life or death.

Anonymous reporting isn’t about ruining the fun, it’s about stepping in before a tradition becomes a tragedy. When a culture won’t regulate itself, saving a life matters way more than saving face. 🕊️

Let’s shift the narrative from protecting the house’s reputation to actually protecting the people in it.

This is the face of why we fight. Max was a son, a friend, and a graduate with a bright future. Hazing took that away. To the incoming Class of 2030: Your safety is our mission.

Learn Max’s story, know the signs, and join us to end hazing for good.

Honored to attend the 38th Annual Migrant Seniors Recognition Dinner last night with my mom. 💜

She, alongside president Annie Goodrich Sorgie, had the privilege of presenting the Max Gruver Scholarship to Cindy Betancourt and Madison Gavarrette. Each received $2,000 to support their college journeys.

Moments like these remind us that Max’s legacy continues to create opportunity, support dreams, and make a lasting impact.

On April 14th, I had the privilege of speaking to the senior class at .

Hearing that last year’s seniors described Max’s presentation as the most impactful one they received heading into college means more than I can put into words. It’s why we keep showing up. 🫶

Grateful for the opportunity to continue these important conversations around hazing, alcohol, and the real-life consequences that too often get overlooked. And most importantly, to keep sharing Max’s story in hopes of creating safer campuses for the next generation. 💜
