Help Us Train Our Medical Team

Are you approximately 4–7 weeks pregnant?
We're looking for a few volunteers to come in for an ultrasound scan on Friday, July 10 to help train members of our medical staff. If that date does not work for you, we would love for you to to still sign up so we can contact you when future dates become available.

This is a wonderful way to support the women we serve by helping our team continue to develop and refine their ultrasound skills.

Please note: This scan does not replace a doctor's appointment, prenatal care, or an ultrasound with your healthcare provider. It is an opportunity to help our staff receive additional hands-on training under supervision.

Meet Priscilla, our incredible Prevention Coordinator at A Beacon of Hope!
For three years, Priscilla has faithfully led our SWAT prevention program—reaching thousands of students with truth, compassion, and practical tools to build healthy relationships and make confident choices.

This past school year alone, the program reached 6,960 students across 15 schools, creating space for honest conversations that are truly changing lives.

Priscilla’s leadership, passion, and heart for the next generation shine through in every classroom she steps into. Because of her, students are not only learning, but walking away with a new perspective on their worth and future.

Please join us in welcoming our new Chief Impact Officer to A Beacon of Hope, Beena.

With more than 20 years of HR and leadership experience in the corporate world, Beena brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight, and a passion for developing strong teams.

When asked what excites her most about joining Beacon, she shared: "I am so excited to be part of a mission-driven organization that is close to my heart and hope to use my skills to add value to the team. I am most excited to work with a group of women who I have already found to be so caring, compassionate, and driven to help each woman who comes through our doors."
