We are a club in New Mexico Military Institute that celebrates the African American culture. Those willing to earn full privileges as a member must go through a "Process" in order to be a member of the Step Team. The Process is difficult and time consuming but based on the feedback from most members, it is worth it in the end. Members of the Step Team have full privileges in the club as far as par

ticipation and leadership positions go. As members of the step team you are not required to perform. There is a Performance Team within the Step Team, which performs at various events such as Half Time Shows and Dances within the school.
