RISE Employee Fund

RISE Employee Fund RISE coffee & tea provides the opportunity while The Rise Employee Fund supplements the support needed for BaRISEtas to grow in their skills and confidence.

A nonprofit- The Rise Employee Fund- was created by a group of parents to supplement the vocational, development and training of RISE coffee & tea’s BaRISEtas who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Funds Raised go towards: Training on working the cash register, Baking, Interacting with customers, Weekly social events with peers, Weekly group workouts. Supports more than 15 BaRISEtas and over 50 young adults that participate in various events.
