Hi all. Just a heads up that a man named Tom from Bernham Woods (across 92) will be going door to door in the next few days to collect signatures opposing a new development. It’s for 72 townhouses directly across from our neighborhood/next to Bernham Woods. The zoning is strictly for single family, detached houses, but people keep trying to develop that lot into townhomes. 🙄
Anyway, please keep an eye out and be hospitable if/when he comes by. 🙂

4 Below is some additional information regarding the upcoming PC and BOC meetings when Z-3-2024 will be heard:
Z-3-2024 is scheduled to be heard during the March 5 Planning Commission Zoning Hearing and the March 19 Board of Commissioners Zoning Hearing. These are public hearings held at 9 am in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room located at 100 Cherokee St, 2nd Floor, Marietta, GA 30090. There is an opportunity to voice your opposition as both sides have 10 cumulative minutes to speak.
Should you not wish to attend, you can watch this meeting in real-time by viewing CobbTV’s streams on:
• YouTube (click on “Live Now” after the meeting starts)
• Cobb County Website: CobbTV
• Cable TV: The government access channel on Cobb County cable TV systems
