Job description:
Sales Representative – IBC Tote Trading
Location: Chattanooga, TN / North Georgia (Regional travel across Southeast)
Compensation: Base + Aggressive Commission (Uncapped)
We are a fast-moving IBC tote buying and resale operation based in Rossville, GA, and we’re looking for a driven, high-output Hybrid sales person who thrives in a performance-based environment.
This is not a clock-punching role. This is a “eat what you kill” sales position. If you can source product, close deals, and build repeat buyers, you will earn.
-What You’ll Do
Source and purchase used IBC totes from manufacturers, warehouses, and industrial facilities
Build and manage a pipeline of buyers (ag, chemical, industrial, etc.)
Negotiate pricing on both buy and sell
Make 50+ outbound calls per day
Track inventory flow and margins
Close deals daily

Highly competitive and self-motivated
Comfortable on the phone and in person
Strong negotiator
Thick-skinned and persistent
Organized with basic CRM or spreadsheet skills
Understands margin-based selling
-Bonus if you:
Have experience in commodities, pallet/tote trading, scrap, logistics, or industrial sales
Already have industrial contacts in the Southeast
