🎉 A huge thank you to all our incredible donors! Thanks to your generosity, 15 families in Colonia Monte Pinar el Malantial now have new washboard sinks and fresh water to fill them! 💧 These sinks are vital for preparing food, storing water, and washing clothes. Your support makes a world of difference.

We ended the day with smiles and fun by breaking some piñatas with the community kids! 🎊

None of this would have been possible without you. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us! 💙🙏

On Sunday, we hosted a Bingo fundraiser!!!⠀

The funds from this event will be used to purchase water sinks for 12 different families in the Barrio Manantial Monte Pinar in Honduras. This small community lacks reliable water supply, so the sinks are critical for collecting and storing water, whether from government donations or rain. They serve multiple purposes, such as washing clothes, cooking, and cleaning dishes. We are happy to share that we exceeded our goal with the funds raised and will be able to support all 12 families! Thank you, everyone who participated and donated to our cause 🙏⠀

⁣Desafortunadamente por falta de salud me he visto forzada a regresar a mi ciudad de residencia y abandonar los proyectos de servicio comunitario a desarrollarse en la ciudad de Siguatepeque Honduras Espero y confío en Dios que dichos proyectos tendrán su seguimiento en el momento indicado que se nos permite por supuesto hoy he quedado a deber a una comunidad la cual siempre ha estado dispuesta a trabajar con la fundación Amor y Voluntad gracias a todos por su comprension y esperamos retomar lo más pronto posible dichos proyectos. Gracias a todas las personas q me han apoyado en estos tiempos difíciles de enfermedad. ⠀

⁣Last week, thanks to the municipality in Siguatepeque and many volunteers we were able to plant 200 trees. Honduras like many other parts of the world has been losing their forests. It is our responsibility to help restore the planet!⠀

In September this year, we had the opportunity to go to our annual donations event in Honduras. During our time there, we visited a small town outside of Siguatepeque called El Socorro. We ran into a small clinic (Centro de Salud) and noticed that the clinic’s conditions were not in the best shape. They are in great need of structural repairs and expanding the building to have more room to attend patients, and run their operations. They are also in need of medical equipment and supplies. We made it our mission to help expand, fix and donate medical equipment to the clinic. We are raising funds to help this community have a better Centro de Salud where patients can be treated properly in the right environment.

En Septiembre de este año tuvimos la oportunidad de asistir a nuestro evento anual de donaciones en Honduras. Durante nuestro tiempo allí, visitamos un pequeño pueblo en las afueras de Siguatepeque llamado El Socorro. Nos encontramos con un Centro de Salud y notamos que las condiciones de la clínica no eran las mas propicias para atender a los pacientes. Tienen una gran necesidad de reparaciones estructurales y la ampliación del edificio para tener más espacio para atender a los pacientes y realizar sus operaciones. También necesitan equipos médicos y productos básicos para atender emergencias. Nuestra misión es ayudar a expandir, reparar y donar equipos médicos a la clínica. Estamos recaudando fondos para ayudar a esta comunidad a tener un mejor Centro de Salud donde los pacientes puedan ser tratados adecuadamente en el entorno adecuado.
