Our trip to The Abby of New Clairvaux was not without incident. We returned without one person. It seems Gil had a calling and responded. We will miss Gil.

We had a great tour and wine tasting event at The Abby of New Clairvaux in Vina today. We even attend a service with the monks. The wine tasting was excellent and included a food pairing. Everyone agreed it was a great event.
Our next big event is our trip to Hearst Castle Sept 19 & 20.

Today was At The Movies with Gil. We saw The Brink of War. A good movie offering a behind the scenes look of the end of the Cold War.
In this picture Gil is dressed for the next summer blockbuster. Gil is hoping for a Gidget beach movie.

Our trip to the Abby in Vina is one week from today. Look at our earlier posting for details. We have 2 seats left in our car pool. Let me know if you want to join us. Or, let us know if you are driving and would like someone to ride with you.
